Weather/ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a reservation for any reason however payment is non-refundable. Cancellations are given credit with our company which does not expire. You may also transfer your credit to a friend or family member. 

Refund / Cancellation Policy 

We do not give refunds for cancellations. This is because we carry limited quantities of each product and our equipment is sometimes reserved weeks or months in advance for parties. We also purchase equipment in advance based on current orders to meet demand. By reserving equipment for your party we place that equipment out of service from anyone else being able to rent.
